We accept returns and cancellations

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

Returns

As customers, we always want to be protected when we make a purchase. Whether the quality is not good or if we simply changed our mind, we want to be able to get the money back.
For that reason, here at Tram 21 we offer a 14 days no-matter-what return policy. We know this won't happen, because our products are perfect :), but if you change your mind, you have 14 days to send back the item. In this unlikely event, you'll need to pay for the shipping both ways. Please make sure you use a tracking system, when you'll ship the item.

We are reasonable people and we'll try to solve any problems you'll have. More than anything else, we want happy customers!
